Bryan ... So You Can Ride
Great White North Geotour - Ottawa FInal
To finish my summer adventure, I had to do the Great White North Geotour Final in Otrtawa. Since it is about 90 km by bycycle to Ottawa and I was not sure how long it would take to do the geocache, I dediced to ride my bike half way and finish the rest the next day.
August 24th - Drove my bike from Johnstown to Robert's home just north of Kemptville.
August 25th - Drove my car to Robert's and then biked the rest of the way to Ottawa.
August 28th - Drove the car to Ottawa and then biked to finish the Geocache.

Getting ready to head for Ottawa by bicycle.

On the road again. The bike is not as heavy without the bags.

Christopher and Samantha waiting for Grandpa to find the cache.
Could not finish the Geocache that day. Had to get more info and do a recalculation.

Back to Ottawa on August 28th to finish the final.

Had to get a photo of me with the Parliament building.
One of the clues brought us
to the Sparks Street mall area.

After gathering the clues at the different waypoints, I found the final across the river in Hull.

After 8,500 km and 90 days I get to sign my name on a piece of paper in a plastic box.
For finding this cache, I got a pair of tickets to the IMAX theatre.
